/v1/site/{siteId}/performance

Get performance and payout reports for a site.
Performance reports: sites get performance reports only when enrolled in a program. One report is generated per calendar month.
Payout reports: those are generated at the end of a program season when incentive amounts are confirmed and ready to be paid out.
